Anton Setiawan assumed the role of CEO at Vistra Indonesia effective February 1st, 2024,
following the merger of Tricor and Vistra into a single entity, establishing a formidable presence
in the industry as the largest corporate and fund services firm globally. Both companies are under
the ownership of Barings PE firm, one of the world’s largest private equity companies.
Previously, Anton Setiawan served as the President Commissioner for Tricor Indonesia since
early 2021, playing a pivotal role in the successful transformation of Tricor’s operations in
Indonesia, leading to exponential business growth during his tenure. With over 25 years of
experience in investment banking and financial services across multiple jurisdictions, Anton is
also a successful entrepreneur, renowned for delivering successful M&A deals.
Under Anton’s leadership, the newly combined company is poised to ascend to new heights,
establishing itself as an industry leader in Indonesia.
